STROLLER BOOTCAMP is a great way for newer moms to start or get back into a workout routine without having to leave baby behind. The bootcamp consists of walking/running and interval training using dumbbells, resistance bands, your own body weight and much more and modifications are show for all exercises. This is a 6 week/ 2 session per week program and we try to get outdoors once a week weather permitting.
