MOMMY & ME BOOTCAMP

The Studio is excited to offer you our newest program, Mommy & Me.  We have taken our popular Stroller Bootcamp (which takes place outdoors April - October) and reformatted it as an indoor studio class (November - March) for new moms and their babies.  We will use different types of equipment including baby.  

*Mommy & Me is a separate program and is not included in The Studio Membership. Please contact Donna for program fee and additional info.

StronGIRLS

StronGIRLS is our fitness program for girls ages 8-12.  No two classes are exactly the same but all incorporate strength and cardio work using different modalities.  Not only do we help these girls build strength but confidence as well!

TODDLER FIT

Toddler Fit is our newest program for our littles ages 2-4.  Our certified trainer will take our kids through a structured class of age appropriate activities to help improve fine and gross motor skills, coordination, balance and strength.

BARRE

Barre works to sculpt a long, lean ballet body (and booty!). Intense yet low impact, Barre will stabilize your core while working major muscle groups as well as the smaller muscles in your legs and booty.

BUTTS & GUTS

Challenging 45 minute class with a focus on lower body and core using resistance loops, weighted balls and your own body weight to tone and sculpt those trouble areas...butts and guts!

CARDI-BEAT

Choreographed cardio class with great music and moves.  

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a higher intensity, fast moving kickboxing class set that starts with mitts and gloves then moves to choreographed punches and kicks and ends with core work.

 

iBURN

Cardio, strength, resistance...a little bit of everything and anything guaranteed to give you a total body burn!

MIXED FORMAT

Mixed Format is a 60 minute class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings that is different every time.  There is always resistance (dumbbell, barbell, TRX) and cardio elements (HIIT, Spin, stairs) to give you a full body, muscle and heart pumping workout.

MOVE 360

45 minute circuit class that uses different modalities like TRX, Bosu, dumbbells, battle rope...to keep your heart pumping and your body moving. 

PUMP

PUMP is a 45 minute barbell class set to music for total body toning.  

SPIN & STRENGTH

Spin & Strength is a 60 minute fun heart pumping, muscle building class. Members rotate through four segments including spin, abs, cardio and strength.  

STROLLER BOOTCAMP

STROLLER BOOTCAMP is a great way for newer moms to start or get back into a workout routine without having to leave baby behind. The bootcamp consists of walking/running and interval training using dumbbells, resistance bands, your own body weight and much more and modifications are show for all exercises. This is a 6 week/ 2 session per week program and we try to get outdoors once a week weather permitting.

TABATA

High intensity interval training that consists of sets of fast paced exercises.

TRX & CARDIO

TRX & Cardio is a muscle building, core crushing class that rotates you through TRX, high intensity cardio and core segments.  

YOGA

Join us every Sunday morning for our 60 minute vinyasa flow!  Perfect way to start your day before heading into the next week.
